Do you need a boost in your self-confidence? There are many factors that can be associated with a lack of confidence (one of my absolute favorite books is May Cause Miracles by Gabrielle Bernstein), but there are some things you can do consciously to become more confident.
- Gratitude ~ express it! Get a journal and every night write 10 things you are thankful for. It is amazing how much better you feel when you focus on all the blessing in your life
- Practice good posture ~ you will make a positive impression on others and yourself if you sit up straight
- Focus on others ~ when you get stuck in your head, get out there and do something for someone else. You would be surprised how much better you feel about yourself when you have made someone else happy.
